Things to consider

When you decide to schedule a show, the ideal scenario is to find a show on our schedule near you and arrange your show date around it. However, this does not always work for you or Perfection on Wheels. You may have scheduling conflicts, or it may not be cost effective for us to travel long distance to perform one show. Our ideal situation is to schedule 2-4 shows per day. This allows us to bring our show to you at a lower cost.

Assuring your desired date and a discount
The best situation for us is that our teams perform 2-4 shows a day in one geographic area. The more schools booking our shows in your area on the same day or week of your date, the better chance you have of getting your show booked. You can help by encouraging other schools in your area to book shows. We will provide a $50.00 discount to clients who help us book 3 or more shows on the same day. These shows can be done at different locations throughout the day as long as it is physically possible for us to make it to each show on time.

When you receive our show confirmation

We’ll send you a confirmation e-mail. You can then log-in any time to view your account information. You’re done! All you have to do now is promote your event and get ready for our teams' arrival to your area.

Event Insurance

You may need event Insurance or (Commercial Liability Insurance). Perfection on Wheels carries a policy that covers up to 1,000,000 in damages. This policy serves most school and governmental insurance requirements. If you need a policy with special limits, please indicate in comments section of your insurance request.
