We've outlined the necessary steps to bring Perfection on Wheels to your area. Perfection on Wheels pricing is affordable for any school or community event! *All prices reflected here are based on our current tour and a general distance traveled. Surfaces and Other Requirements

Recommended Surface - flat, smooth, pavement or concrete - Grass not recommended. See Set up


Recommended Space

100 ft. X 40ft. (Height 25ft.) is ideal.
Access to Electricity within 100 Feet for PA/sound system.

Review our set up area. The set up is modifiable to fit all areas. Most East Coast programs are set up indoors during colder months and scaled down slightly to accommodate space.

Event insurance

You may need event insurance or (Commercial Liability Insurance). We carry a policy that covers up to $2,000,000 in damages. This policy serves most school and governmental insurance requirements. If you need a policy with special limits, please indicate so in comments section of your insurance request.

Step 4


Required forms

Any forms required by the district for payment such as certificates of insurance, Purchase Orders, consultant forms, liability forms, 1099s, etc. should be handled at the time of booking to avoid any red tape in payment and delivery of our program on your scheduled date.
