Ladies and Gentlemen of POW,
I just wanted to say that the show performed on 5/15/07 by Eric Soto & Dave Hanson was beyond words. Amazing in every aspect. The BMX stunt team showed our students what can be done with persistence and the ability dream. Every student left the assembly with a new outlook on what can be achieved if they try hard, use safety and stay away from drugs. The performance was flawless in both stunts and message delivery. A show like that is almost too good for words. We have devoted a portion of our home webpage to this fabulous show with details and pictures.
All of us here at Cottonwood Elementary School welcome you back next year.

Hello Dennis,
I just wanted to say Thanks for the GREAT show. Our children and Staff at Hollyvale had a WONDERFUL time!!! I would like to say how Terrific we all thought Eric and Dave were. To whom it may concern,
I would like to thank Perfection on Wheels - specifically Sean and William for the fantastic job they did today. We had a little bit of a height problem with our outdoor roofs but they worked around it to the best of their ability and put on a fantastic performance for our 7-12 graders. They were timely, energetic, professional, and admired by our student body as well as our teachers and faculty. This was a great way to end our school year.
Thank you so much and I look forward to working with you in the future.
Best regards,
Molly

The BMX show was scheduled for two shows before ours when they came to town. I went to the first show (I was late and missed it) except for the last part when the students were getting their autographs. The students had a slip of paper. I asked the guys if I could take their picture together with a bike and then I dashed off and printed 4 X 6 photos for our students who received back stage passes to get them signed. This meant our students received a photo of the two guys who they say perform. They loved it. I would strongly suggest that the PTO/PTA pick up that expense for their students. I have students come up to me and are still talking about the show and let me know that they have their picture.
Just wanted to pass on the thought. I appreciate the guys letting me take their picture and signing them for our students. The remainder I gave to them to take with them.
The show was great! |

We had the priviledge of having William and Sean here at Ben Hulse Elementary School this morning. What a show these young men put on for us!! They are very talented athletes, and, in addition to that, they both possess very refined interpersonal skills. They dealt very professionally with our staff and got right down on the level of our children here. The kids fell in love with them. They have the set-up and tear-down techniques down to a science and came very prepared. I know our students will be talking about this for a long time to come. Please give these guys a good hard pat on the back for a job VERY WELL DONE.
Thank you! Jerry Johnson, principal |

Dear
Perfection on Wheels and Staff:
I
just wanted to take a moment to thank you again for
your terrific shows here in Lake County. I also wanted
to let you know that you directly contributed to saving
a boy’s life. During the show you did at Pomo School,
we gave away four bike helmets. One of the helmet recipients
was a fifth grader who had never worn a helmet. Because
of the show and the “cool” helmet, he started wearing
it every time he rode his bike. About two weeks after
the show. He was involved in a car vs. bike accident.
He sustained facial fractures, but because he was wearing
his helmet, his head injuries were minor. The doctors
as U.C Davis told him that the helmet probably saved
his life.
Thank you so much for a job well done! You’re Program made a
big difference in the boy’s life.
Sincerely,

Attn: Dennis J. Langlais
We just wanted to take this time to thank you for the remarkable shows that your team has performed here in Woodstock, Georgia for the last 10 years at our Annual Bike Rodeo. With head injuries being the leading cause of death and serious injury in the State of Georgia it is nice to have a performance group that not only gives a comprehensible message to the children about bike safety but also to “Saying no to drugs” and the importance of staying in school.
We also wanted to let you know that the performers have always done a magnificent job. They are always very professional by arriving early, very prepared, and very flexible which is a must with these kinds of events. The performers are not only exceptionally talented; they are also great role models for the children. The shows are always exciting from beginning to end and everyone has always thoroughly enjoyed the performances in the past and we will continue to use your services in the future.
We would definitely recommend this show for other Police Departments, schools, and other events. If any prospective clients have any questions, feel free to pass my information on to them and let them know they can contact me directly for a client’s point of view. As I said in the first sentence we have used your performance group for 10 years now and will continue to do so in the future.

Just wanted you to know that Perfection on Wheels performed
today at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School, Aliquippa,
PA, for Catholic Schools Week. The show was excellent.
The performers were not only exceptionally talented,
they also were great role models for our students.
They spoke of safety, of staying drug free, and of staying
in school. The children from kindergarten to eighth
grade were amazed from start to finish. The show
lasted around one hour, and they were so patient staying
after to answer questions. We work very hard to
raise money for our assemblies. This program was worth
every penny spent. The children will be left with
many great memories of Catholic Schools Week!
Please thank Jason and James for us and wish them well
as they continue to please many more young people, and
know that I will strongly recommend them to other schools.

Once again, I just wanted to say thank you for coming

was just what we were looking for-- 45 minutes of an
exciting performance that could be tied into practice
and excellence. And thanks for being so accommodating
and doing the show on the school track for us. Everything
was set up far enough in advance before the students
arrived; it really turned out to be the ideal arrangement
for such a large group of viewers. I'm sure East lake

LETTER
WRITTEN 1/4/2006
Engvall Elementary
1055 W. Cedar
Lemoore, CA 93245
(559).924.6850
Dear Dennis and all the riders and staff at Perfection
on Wheels,
My name is Denise Thompson and I have a four year old
son and eight year old daughter. I just wanted to let
you all know first hand of the positive impact you are
making in children’s lives.
My daughter attends second grade at P.W. Engvall Elementary
in Lemoore, Ca. I took my son along to an assembly last
year when you were there performing and he caught the
BMX bug. He was only three at the time and by his fourth
birthday took off the training wheels and went wild.
He rides his bike rain, shine, and even 3:30 in the
morning, well that was this past November and him and
his father stayed up late building a ramp. His father
promised it would be ready when he woke up, well at
the young age of four everything is literal. We awoke
to the sound of our storm door closing and knew right
away we had better get out there. We convinced him to
go back to bed, but that only lasted until 5:45 a.m.
My son is extremely energetic and BMX freestyle has
been the best thing to ever happen. When he is riding
he is very focused, disciplined and most of all has
a determination that is beyond anything I have ever
seen. He falls over and over again and will not quit
until he has mastered the trick he is trying. Al l the
neighbors, older kids as well as the adults, get such
a huge blast out of watching him do tricks. One neighbor
got such a kick out of his excitement he got Gregory
the DVD “RAD” to watch. It is still previewed
at least four times a week. Then about a month ago Dennis
informed me of a site bmxstunts.com and he is now using
his fine motor skills every morning as he spends at
least an hour previewing all the stunts, he cannot read
so he looks for the first letter and counts up from
the bottom to find his favorites, then heads out the
door with his helmet and is ready to attempt the ones
is feels confident. He has been trying to coax the neighbor
boys into laying under his ramp so he can jump them,
luckily I was able to convince him to master jumping
his skateboard first and then we would move on to one
of his sisters baby dolls ha!ha! This was inspired by
jump a friend and the superman. Last night we had to
buy pegs for the front of his bike because he now wants
to do the nose picker. It is really exciting to see
that 11months have went by and he is still as excited
as the first day after watching you all perform.
I would advise any parent out there to look into BMX
Freestyle just as they do karate, soccer and so many
other activities for discipline and fun. Yes, people
do think I am crazy allowing him to try the things he
does on his bike, but all I can say is he gets the same
scrapes, bumps and bruises from playing at the park
or Burger King play areas. He knows helmets are important
and is the first one to point out to the bigger kids
when they don’t have one on or their chin strap
is not hooked that they in his words are “stupid
heads and will get hurt”.
Anyway, I can not thank you all enough for the profession
you have chosen and the time you spend educating the
kids on the sport. Freestyle has so much to offer beyond
the bike and I am thrilled my son is taking such a love
for it. BMX Freestyle is truly a defining tool molding
his morals, outlook and over all determination in success
on the tricks he tries which will prove very valuable
in his life achievements.
Thank you again and keep performing as well as working
on the swing,
Denise Thompson and Gregory |

in Boothwyn, PA in October for Red Ribbon Week. We were
thrilled with the show . We
would like to schedule a show again for this year in
October. We would like to book the ramp show. When Jay

would like us to be able to book a rain date if the
weather is not cooperating. Is that possible? We were
looking for Monday October 23rd. We would need two shows.

Perfection
on Wheels was an exciting and uplifting performance for
our school. The message was clear that to become the best
at whatever you do requires dedication, hard work and
a commitment to a drug free life. It was invaluable that
they emphasized the realities of practice and training
to get to where they are and the necessity to use caution
and safety throughout training. The students and staff
alike appreciated the talent that this group brought to
our school. It was obvious that the performers have indeed
dedicated themselves to live up to the name: "Perfection
on Wheels". As the Middle School Guidance Counselor
here at Salem School, I would highly recommend this performance
for youth at this age level. Stunt biking is extremely
popular here and everywhere and to see this done by professionals
was a real treat. Thanks again for being there for our

I just wanted to tell you how great our show was Tuesday
at Riviera Beach Elementary School in Pasadena, Maryland.
Our students haven't stopped talking about it!
Bill
and Devon were absolutely amazing. They were personable,
professional, and wonderful with the kids. The individual
tricks were outstanding and both Bill and Devon brought
shouts of joy and excitement forth from the kids. The
'grand finale' where they jumped over our two fifth grade
teachers was out of this world, and the kids AND staff
will be talking about that for many years to come (not
mentioning the fact that it will be immortalized in this
year's yearbook)!!
The message they present was one that really hit home
with the kids. The 'cool factor' got their attention,
but Bill and Devon's words of advice from experience will
remain with the kids because of their honest concern and
sincerity to spreading the right message. We
at RBES believe this was THE event of the year! Please
pass our thanks and appreciation on to Bill and Devon.
We definitely look forward to more shows in the coming
years.
